Our vision

Young people with the support to reach their potential.

A society where young people have access to the support, opportunities, and experiences needed to become confident, capable, and community minded citizens, regardless of background, circumstance, or ability.

What we do

How the Trust works

The Trust is a platform for programmes and initiatives that help young people reach their full potential while contributing to their communities. It raises money, brings partners together, and supports work already happening in communities across the island.

  • 01

    Strategic partnerships

Working with schools, community groups, and the private sector to widen reach.

  • 02

    Fundraising

Increasing access to funding, and helping donors give to causes that matter to them.

  • 03

    Mentorship networks

Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteer mentors across the parishes.

  • 04

    Community engagement

Meeting young people where they are, in the communities that raised them.

Our areas of focus

Seven areas of charitable purpose

Each area is a standing commitment of the Trust, delivered through its own programmes and through partners already working in communities across the island.

  • 01

    Youth empowerment

  • 02

    Community development

  • 03

    Educational development

  • 04

    Sporting opportunities

  • 05

    Arts and cultural exposure

  • 06

    Poverty relief

  • 07

    Mentorship and personal development

Be part of the change.

Together we can create opportunities, open doors, and build a brighter future for our young people.
